Oh hi there!
Angelica Mendizabal is an immigrant Filipino screenwriter with a passion for telling grounded, character-driven stories that champion women and people who have historically been cast as the “sassy best friend”.
Most recently, Angelica worked on the third season of the hour-long comedy/drama Moonshine as an Executive Story Editor. She was previously a Story Editor/Story Coordinator for the eOne/CBC series. Her other credits include Overlord and the Underwoods (Nickelodeon UK/CBC Gem/ BYU) and Topline (Shafestbury/CBC Gem).
Angelica is repped by Ilana Miller and Samantha Driscoll at the Jennifer Hollyer Agency.
